Make sure your timeline is still on the first
frame.
Drag the RED, GREEN, and BLUE arrows to manipulate the X, Y, and Z
values respectively.
Notice when you drag the arrows, numbers next to the POSITION
value change in the timeline.
I found the following values to align the
foreground properly.
Now move the timeline to
the last frame and enter the following values.

When you preview the timeline
its starting to look like he's riding the skateboard.
| STEP
FIVE:Fine tune the animation. |
Since
the actor doesn't quite stay in sync with the skateboard the whole time we have
to fine tune it a little bit.
Go to frame 5 and enter the following
values.

Go
to frame 13 and enter the following values.

Now your actor should be pretty
much lined up with the skateboard throughout the whole clip
| STEP
SIX:Make him invisible! |
Make sure
the foreground layer is still selected and go to LAYER> PRE-COMPOSE

Select
the following options.

Click OK
IMPORTANT! Select the BACKGROUND
LAYER, by clicking on it once in the timeline!
Now select EFFECT>
DISTORT> DISPLACEMENT MAP

Set the values as follows, the
circled value is VERY IMPORTANT!

Now we have problem: nothing
happened! The problem is that the composition in layer one is blocking out the
effect.
Click on the eyeball shown below to make layer one
transparent.

AND THAT'S IT!!

Play with the effect controls for
the displacement map effect to change the effect to fit you tastes.
